Intro to Essential Oils

This workshop will serve as an introduction to how essential oils can be used to minimize stress, maintain focus, balance emotionally, and promote total body wellness. During this class you will learn how to make your own all natural skin moisturizer and/or deodorant using coconut oil and essential oils. Each participant will create their own blend and take it home. Come out and receive some herbal education and aromatherapy; and leave with super silky soft skin.

Intro to Energy Work w/ Reiki and Crystals

This workshop is for anyone wanting to balance their chakras and learn about how to use crystals and reiki to support total body wellness: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual! Class includes an in-depth chakra balance with crystals and visualization and a 35 minute personalized reiki mediation. Come experience the sensations of self-healing! Cost: $30
