What is Balance & Center Yourself?

Balance and center yourself is an 8 week Spiritual and Personal Development course that will guide you into your Highest Self. In these transformative times on Earth, more than ever we need "everyday people" to step into their power and magic. One of the first steps to reclaiming our innate inner power is by understanding our body as an energetic system. Did you know that at the quantum level your body, and all other physical matter, is actually made up of 99.9% empty space! When we learn how to balance the energy in our body, we will find balance in our everyday life. Terminology I like to use is to say, you will learn how to more embody your Divine Feminine Conscious Self and be Divinely Guided in your Life.

What You Will Learn and Receive

How to tune-in to and connect with your 7 main energy centers: each week we will focus on a different chakra, root to crown!
How to use your inner energy system to TRANSFORM your outer world.
How Kundalini Reiki can align your energy: each call you will receive a distance reiki session to help clear and balance your chakras.
You will set a specific goal for your 8 weeks of transformation. Examples may be: More physical abundance/stability, more emotional wellness (ie. less stress, anxiety, overwhelm), Stronger connection to Spirit/God/Source/Higher Self.

What You Will Get

You will have total energetic support from both me and your highest self!

8 Zoom Healing Circles: Sacred Space where we come together for transformation. Will include teachings, group shares, and distance Reiki sessions.
Energy Center Mandalas: For visioning, visualizing, and contemplation each week.
Private FB group: I will create a safe and nurturing space where we can share our experiences and thoughts related each of our unique spiritual purpose. I will post inspirations related to our energy center work and the the chakra/energy center focus of the week. I will also likely pop in for live remote reiki sessions every now and then!

The Healing Schedule

Your Highest Self is asking you to commit to YOURSELF in 2022! To best accommodate busy schedules I will be offering two small group healing circles a week! You will be able to choose from either Sunday's or Thursday's. There is also an option for you to attend both, for even more balance in your life! Finally, a third option of receiving healing 3 times a week with both group calls AND a one on one 30min session around your schedule.
