Energy Workshop

What will you learn?

This workshop is for those experienced, vaguely familiar with, AND completely new to the concept of energy work with crystals and reiki to support total body wellness. In this class you will learn how crystals and reiki can facilitate any change you are looking for in your life! You will learn the history of reiki and the basics of self-healing with the use of crystals. We will also do a 35 minute mediation where you will have crystals placed on your body and you will receive reiki so you can experience it first hand, in your body. All are welcome

What can Reiki and Crystals do for you?

Physical: speed recovery of any physical ailment: sprains, broken bone, scrapes, sore muscles, bruises, colds, headaches, fever, tumors, etc. adds power to physical objects. food.

Mental: reduce/heal stress, burnout, tiredness. brings clarity to problem solving at school/work. clears negative thought patterns.

Emotional: heals emotional trauma (past and current lives). promotes healthy emotional release. brings forth positive emotions such as love, acceptance, compassion, and inner peace.

Spiritual: aids in connecting with spirit guides and higher dimensions, God, Great Spirit, Source. helps bring forth a sense of purpose. promotes acceptance of “what is”. equanimity
